Eliteserien to najwyższa klasa rozgrywek w siatkówce kobiet w Danii. W rozgrywkach uczestniczy 10 drużyn, które rywalizują systemem kołowym, rozgrywając po 18 meczów w sezonie zasadniczym. Po zakończeniu sezonu zasadniczego rozgrywana jest faza play-off, w której cztery najlepsze drużyny walczą o tytuł mistrza Danii.

Eliteserien jest jedną z najsilniejszych lig siatkówki kobiet w Skandynawii, a drużyny z Danii regularnie biorą udział w europejskich pucharach. Najbardziej utytułowanymi klubami w historii ligi są Lyngby Volley i Holte IF, które zdobyły łącznie ponad 20 tytułów mistrzowskich.
