Modern Coast Rangers is an association football club based in Mombasa, Kenya. The club currently competes in the Kenyan National Super League.
History
Previously known as Magongo Rangers, the club acquired its current name in 2013 after a sponsorship agreement with The Modern Coast Company.
Modern Coast to kenijski klub piłkarski z siedzibą w mieście Mombasa. Obecnie występuje w drugiej lidze kenijskiej, National Super League. Zespół został założony w 2014 roku i od tego czasu osiągnął pewne sukcesy w rozgrywkach krajowych. W sezonie 2016/2017 dotarł do finału Pucharu Kenii, w którym uległ Gor Mahia 2:1. W sezonie 2018/2019 wygrał rozgrywki National Super League i awansował do Kenyan Premier League. Po jednym sezonie na najwyższym poziomie kenijskiego futbolu, Modern Coast spadł z powrotem do National Super League. Napastnik klubu, Hassan Abdalla, był królem strzelców ligi kenijskiej w sezonie 2018/2019. Modern Coast rozgrywa swoje mecze domowe na stadionie Mbaraki Sports Club w Mombasie.
